Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Scope
For all orders placed through our online shop, the following T&Cs apply. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Tim Hinrichs, trading under the brand YourPoster.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The available language(s) for the conclusion of the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&Cs in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for orders with a total value of 40 euros or more.
4.2 Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address specified in the order process. We only deliver via shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible. We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
PayPal: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found in the order process. PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered and selected PayPal customers at its discretion. We have no influence on the offering of these options; further individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. 6. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory liability for defects applies.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
8. Small Business Regulation
As a small business within the meaning of Section 19 (1) UStG, we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it.
