We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party provider may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Quality Guarantee

We use Gelato as our print-on-demand provider for the production and shipping of your orders. Gelato is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your order, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Eligible Products: This guarantee applies to posters, framed posters, canvas prints, and framed canvas prints.

How to Report an Issue: Please contact us with a clear photo of the product to report quality issues. We will handle the refund if the product does not meet our quality standards.

Eligible Regions: This guarantee applies to orders in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.


Delivery Guarantee

Gelato aims to ship orders within 5 business days of receiving them. 

  Eligible Regions: This delivery guarantee applies to orders in Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Note that certain remote regions (e.g., islands or rural areas) may have restrictions. For more details, see the specific geographic exclusions.

Shipping Options in the US and Australia: In the United States, this delivery guarantee applies to orders shipped via Standard or higher methods. In Australia, this applies to orders shipped via Express.


Exclusions and Limitations

Our quality and delivery guarantee does not cover issues or delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, or other natural disasters.

Important Note: Ensure that you provide the correct delivery details when placing your order. Incorrect delivery addresses may void the delivery guarantee.


Responsibility of Gelato and Us

Since Gelato is responsible for the production and shipping of the products, Gelato handles production and delivery. For questions regarding quality or delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries:
